New Mornings
The paintings in this series began in 2018 as I searched for hope through personal struggle. Inspired by the scripture below and by the sunrises at the beach near our home, the works are an overflow of that search for hope through beauty and brokenness. The series now includes more than 500 works and continues to evolve from my morning walks on the beach.
“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.”
